PLEASE inform me ahead before paymentIf you will inform me after payment there is a risk I can't do anything to give you what you need. For example as an artist I may delay with turnaround time in case of health issues. Also if I started with 72 dpi artwork I can't easily change it to 300 dpi for better printing! But in any case pls inform me as soon as possible, I will try my best to help you.

COPYRIGHT- As the artist I retain full copyright of the artwork.
- As the customer you may use the art for any personal or non-commercial purpose.
- Do not claim artwork as your own.
- Please credit me as an artist when you post the artwork online, for example on Twitter or FurAffinity.
- Do not remove my signature!
- I reserve the rights to use artwork in my portfolio, share it online (can be psd. files for educational purposes), promotions, or to make a printed version.- You may trace or copy my artworks but only in educational purpose with using the credits to original post.

I don't accept that any of my visual content\artworks or sketches are using by AI or giving to AI models\instruments to be trained on , to be analysed, copied or referencing to.

CANCELLATION & REFUNDS
If for some reason you decided to cancel your commission within 14 days after payment and also before I started you will be 100% refunded.If I was started - I can return less than 100% of price.I will not do a refund after the work is done.

PAYMENT PLANPlease pay ahead at least 25% of price.

I will not share any of your information to third person. This includes paypal, address, email, and more.

The work PROCESSAfter I received prepayment I am starting working from gathering references, information and making 1-2 free rough sketches for you to choose.
I always send Work In Progress (WIPS) for approval and ask if you need any changes. I always pause the work while waiting your answers.There are such stages of WIPS: rough sketch --> refined sketch --> coloured sketch --> lineart or flat colours--> rendering --> finish.
You may ask for .Psd files after work is done, but please don't share it with any third person.

CHANGES in artworkYou can ask for 1 FREE big*** change in the stage of ROUGH SKETCH (1st sketch)
You can ask for 3 (in total ) FREE small** changes in the stages of refined b&w\ coloured sketch, lineart and flat colour.
After this stages I will ask for extra charge for any changes.After work is finished. You can ask for FREE for very small changes - for example to change a colour.
Also for FREE I will do any small changes, that was mistakanly missing by me (artist).Other changes will be extra charged.**small changes : colour, shape, form, adding few props
***big changes : change the angle, perspective, the light source such as for example from day to night, other changes that takes a lot of afford and timePRICE of CHANGES
For changes I take N$/hour. (Check the current pricelist page)
Usually small changes take less than 0.5-1 hour, and big changes take 1-2 hours depends of stage of work.

ESTIMATED TIME of TURNAROUND
As a professional artist I am trying to follow the provided estimated time of turnaround the finished artwork.The estimation time may be different to that provided one ( on this site or other platform, other place ) in case of health\family issues, a lot of changes in artwork, long time and delays in conversation to approve stages, other cases.In case you have informed me BEFORE payment about the exact date\estimated time the artwork should be done - I will inform you about any issues and try my best to finish work in time.In case the exact date\estimation time WASN'T be provided before payment - I have right to finished artwork when it is possible for me, no hursh

RESOLUTIONMost works I do in 2k or more resolution.
Ask if you need higher resolution for printing (300DPI) BEFORE the payment and the work is started.FILE FORMATS
I use PNG for HD or less resolution
I use JPEG for 2k or higher resiolution
In some case or if you ask I may share with you the PSD and MP4 (the video process).On my Patreon or other platfoems I have right to upload any of files without your approval or informing you.

FAQ

Q: What software do you use?
A: Mostly I use such programs as Photoshop 2020, ClipStudio Paint, Paint Tool Sai 2 and Procreate. I know that a lot of artists draw in Krita, but I didnt try cause this pack are mostly likeble for me. I like how in Sai I can draw really thin and stabilized lineart. I like a lot of quick features in comics style in Clip Studio and finally I really love Photoshop, I'm using it for 10+years, know a lot of hotkeys and it works best for me when I would like to do the postcorrection or fullrender style.Q: What devices do you use?
A: Wacom Intuos Pro 2019 and Ipad Pro 2018 12.9Q: How much time comission takes?
Depends of comission type, busyness (watch the Queue) and detalisation.
Fullrendered works take 1 month
Badges, icons and reference sheets take 5-14 days.
If you need your comission is done quicker I may take extra cash and done it in your deadline.Q: Do you send WIPS (work in progress files)
A: Usually I make WIP files every milestones, such as rough sketch, line sketch, coloured sketch etc. Until work is 80% done you have opportunity to make small free changes, such as form, colour. Big changes it is better to make on stages of rough and line sketch.Q: What should I do if haven't got a refference sheet?
A: I don't work with text reference, but if you already have got an art of your character(and probably have describtion of changes you want) it is okay for me.Q: When should I do payment?
First of all I do a rough sketch (if its not YCH). Then I take prepayment. I send invoices via Paypsl. I will include in total price Payoal's fee (6%). You can pay in parts in case of payment plan. All info about payment you can read in my TOS
